How do they help you?

Decision Makers give your Idea the stamp of approval so it can be implemented.
They ensure that your Idea details cover all the right bases and that the rewards outweigh the risks.

Who to invite?

Your boss.
Your boss’s boss.
Others who have decision rights regarding your Idea.

How to bring them on board?

In the Agreements tab

Step 1:

Option 1: Select the add decision maker button placed in the middle of the Decision Maker board.

Option 2: Select the add + button on the far right corner of the Decision Maker board.

Step 2: Type in the Search Bar the work email address or the name of the person you want to add as a Decision Maker.

Step 3(optional): Select the send invitation+ button to add more Decision Makers.

Step 4: Select the done button to save it.

Tips for early adopters

Add your boss first. Consult with your boss regarding who else to invite and when.
Once your boss is on board, consider having them send invitations to their peer Decision Makers and to anyone senior.
Decision Makers may want to invite their own Validators or additional Stakeholders.
