How to change the Status for each milestone?

In your Idea Plan tab > milestones tab > Status column

Step 1: Select the Status circle in the milestone you would like to change.  

Step 2: Select one of the following options according to the status of the milestone: 

White - No status 

Blue - Archived

Orange - At risk

Red - Off track
