What are the AGREED Phases?

The AGREED Phases make up the Idea development process. 

It consists of 5 Phases:

• Pitch

• Draft

• Agree

• Plan

• Results

Each Phase has different requirements that need to be successfully completed in order to proceed to the next Phase.
