Where to Request Changes?

In Stakeholder board > In the text box next to the risk Rating under your name> under the Request Changes Column 

Step 1: Input and summarize the requested changes in the text box.

Step 2: Select the three gray dots at the end of the row to add detailed notes or upload relevant attachments.
